Datenauskunft oder Löschung anfragen
Vascura erfordert derzeit kein klassisches Benutzerkonto. Datenschutzanfragen können per E-Mail an support@vascuraapp.de mit dem Betreff „Datenschutzanfrage – Vascura“ gesendet werden.
Bitte teilen Sie mit, ob Sie Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Widerspruch oder – soweit anwendbar – Datenübertragbarkeit wünschen. Zum Schutz der Nutzer kann Vascura begrenzte Informationen anfordern, die erforderlich sind, um festzustellen, dass sich die Anfrage auf Ihr Gerät, Ihre Kommunikation oder die betreffenden Daten bezieht.
Lokale App-Daten löschen
Vascura speichert Analyse- und Verlaufsinformationen sowie bestimmte Einstellungen lokal auf Ihrem Gerät. Soweit die entsprechende Löschfunktion in Ihrer App-Version verfügbar ist, können diese lokalen Daten direkt innerhalb der App gelöscht werden. Alternativ werden die üblichen lokalen App-Daten bei der Deinstallation der App entfernt.
Bestimmte vom Betriebssystem verwaltete Sicherheitsinformationen, beispielsweise Einträge im Apple Keychain, können abhängig vom Verhalten des Betriebssystems eine Deinstallation überdauern. Kontaktieren Sie den Support, wenn ein zuvor ausgestellter Vascura-Gerätezugang beziehungsweise eine technische Geräteberechtigung widerrufen werden soll.
Handbilder
Die für eine Analyse aufgenommenen Bilder von Handfläche und Handrücken werden lokal nur vorübergehend für die technische Vorprüfung und den Analysevorgang verwendet. Nach Abschluss beziehungsweise Abbruch des Analysevorgangs werden die hierfür angelegten lokalen Aufnahmedateien von der App gelöscht.
Abonnement
Das Löschen lokaler Vascura-Daten oder die Deinstallation der App kündigt ein bestehendes Premium-Abonnement nicht automatisch. Abonnements müssen über die Abonnementverwaltung des jeweiligen Apple-App-Store- oder Google-Play-Kontos verwaltet beziehungsweise gekündigt werden.
Einwilligung widerrufen
Soweit eine Verarbeitung auf Ihrer Einwilligung beruht, können Sie diese jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft über eine dafür vorgesehene App-Funktion oder durch Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support widerrufen.
Beschwerderecht
Sie haben das Recht, sich bei einer zuständigen Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren, wenn Sie der Ansicht sind, dass die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten gegen geltendes Datenschutzrecht verstößt.

Privacy Choices – English
Request Access or Deletion
Vascura currently does not require a conventional user account. Privacy requests can be submitted by email to support@vascuraapp.de with the subject “Privacy Request – Vascura”.
Please state whether you request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection or, where applicable, data portability. To protect users, Vascura may request limited information necessary to establish that the request relates to your device, correspondence or the data concerned.
Delete Local App Data
Vascura stores analysis and history information and certain settings locally on your device. Where the corresponding deletion function is available in your version of the app, these local data can be deleted directly within the app. Alternatively, ordinary local app data is removed when the app is uninstalled.
Certain security information managed by the operating system, such as Apple Keychain entries, may persist after uninstalling depending on operating-system behaviour. Contact support if a previously issued Vascura device credential or technical device authorisation needs to be revoked.
Hand Images
Images of the palm and back of the hand captured for an analysis are used locally only temporarily for the technical pre-check and analysis process. After completion or termination of the analysis process, the local capture files created for this purpose are deleted by the app.
Subscriptions
Deleting local Vascura data or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an existing Premium subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through the subscription management of the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future through an available in-app control or by contacting support.
Right to Complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data-protection law.

Solicitar acceso o eliminación
Actualmente Vascura no requiere una cuenta de usuario convencional. Las solicitudes de privacidad pueden enviarse por correo electrónico a support@vascuraapp.de con el asunto “Solicitud de privacidad – Vascura”.
Indique si solicita acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, oposición o, cuando sea aplicable, portabilidad de los datos. Para proteger a los usuarios, Vascura puede solicitar información limitada necesaria para comprobar que la solicitud se refiere a su dispositivo, correspondencia o a los datos correspondientes.
Eliminar datos locales de la app
Vascura almacena localmente en su dispositivo información de análisis e historial y determinados ajustes. Cuando la función de eliminación correspondiente esté disponible en su versión de la app, estos datos locales pueden eliminarse directamente dentro de la aplicación. Alternativamente, los datos locales habituales de la app se eliminan al desinstalarla.
Determinada información de seguridad administrada por el sistema operativo, como entradas de Apple Keychain, puede permanecer después de la desinstalación dependiendo del comportamiento del sistema operativo. Contacte con soporte si es necesario revocar una credencial de dispositivo Vascura o una autorización técnica del dispositivo emitida anteriormente.
Imágenes de la mano
Las imágenes de la palma y del dorso de la mano capturadas para un análisis se utilizan localmente solo de forma temporal para la comprobación técnica previa y el proceso de análisis. Tras finalizar o interrumpir el análisis, la app elimina los archivos locales de captura creados para este fin.
Suscripciones
Eliminar los datos locales de Vascura o desinstalar la app no cancela automáticamente una suscripción Premium existente. Las suscripciones deben gestionarse o cancelarse mediante la gestión de suscripciones de la cuenta correspondiente de Apple App Store o Google Play.
Retirar el consentimiento
Cuando el tratamiento se base en su consentimiento, puede retirarlo en cualquier momento con efecto para el futuro mediante un control disponible en la app o contactando con soporte.
Derecho a reclamar
Tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control de protección de datos competente si considera que el tratamiento de sus datos personales infringe la legislación de protección de datos aplicable.
